A 1 hour class designed for people with chronic kidney disease(CKD)and their care partners. A certified CKD educator will provide information on kidney disease, diet, and treatment options. A participant workbook and other educational materials are provided. Registration is free of charge. Class location: DaVita Dialysis, 1026 N.
