Join instructor Teresa Brewer at the Dietrich Theater in downtown Tunkhannock Wednesdays, from noon to 3 p.m. on January 16, 23, 30, February 13, 20, 27, March 13, 20, & 27. Learn decorative painting techniques while creating decorative pieces for your home or to give as gifts. Preregistration is required. For ages 16 to adult.
