2-Hour Tune Up for Your Organization: We've Always Done It That Way-Making Changes, November 13, 7:00 —9:00 PM, Penn State Extension office in Monroe County, 724 Phillips St, Suite 201, Stroudsburg. This program is the 5th in a series of 5 workshops (9/18, 10/2, 10/16, 10/30 and 11/13). Cost: $25/workshop or $100 for all 5 workshops. Change at home, work, or in the community is uncomfortable. Develop strategies for dealing with organization change by: understanding how change occurs; and identifying attitudes and skills needed to manage change in a positive way.
