The Visiting Nurse Associaton(VNA) Hospice & Home Health of Lackawanna County, a not-for-profit agency, was established in 1989 as part of the original Visiting Nurse Association which has served our community since 1895. Since then, VNA has positioned itself as the region’s leader in the provision of innovative hospice and home health services, annually reaching thousands of patients, families and friends in Northeastern Pennsylvania. It is important for our patients and families to know that we are accredited by the Joint Commission and are Medicare certified.
